The Client, a resident of Ukraine, referred to CPS Attorneys due to necessity to prepare a memorandum on the usage and protection of trademark rights in Ukraine on the basis of a license agreement.

CPS Attorneys specialists analyzed the questions posed and provided the Client with comprehensive information about the current status of the trademark and its registration under the Madrid system, the procedure for using the trademark in Ukraine on the basis of a license agreement and possible protective measures against importing counterfeit goods to Ukraine.
