The Client, a foreign citizen, referred to CPS Attorneys due to necessity of examination of the contracts for the acquisition of property rights for real estate in residential buildings under construction and the related risks.

CPS Attorneys specialists carried out negotiations with several construction companies in Odessa, examined the contracts of acquisition of property rights, and prepared the memorandum for the Client with a detailed analysis of the terms and conditions for transferring rights to the object under construction, risks related to the procedure for the execution of the contracts proposed by construction and investment companies.

Taking into account the conclusions and recommendations of CPS Attorneys specialists, the Client agreed the terms of the deal with one of the construction companies.
