CPS Attorneys specialists developed for the Client a scheme and contracts of delivery of the goods on the basis of INCOTERMS with payment according letter of credit

The Client, a foreign company, referred to CPS Attorneys due to necessity to develop a scheme for the delivery of goods on the terms of DAT (INCOTERMS-2010) from Asia to Ukraine.

 

CPS Attorneys specialists held negotiations with the Client and his contractors, developed the pro forma of the necessary contracts, and also for the aim of additional protection of the Client’s interests suggested making payment according letter of credit against providing the agreed list of the documents.

 

As a result of negotiations the parties reached an agreement on the form and content of the proposed pro forma contracts.
