The Client referred to CPS Attorneys on providing legal assistance and recovering the debt from the state control body due to licensed storage services of specialized equipment.

Within 5 years the state control body did not fulfill its contractual obligations, refused to prolong or terminate the storage contract, while not paying the cost of licensed services.

After the refusal of the state control body to settle the dispute, CPS Attorneys lawyers filed a lawsuit to the Commercial Court of the Odessa region. As a result the court fully satisfied the claim and recovered the debt from the body of state control for the entire amount of debt and penalties for the past 5 years. Up to date the court decision is executed, and the entire amount of debt and penalties is transferred to the Client’s account from the state budget.
