The Client, a foreign shipowner, referred to CPS Attorneys due to necessity to protect his interests in the case of arrest of the foreign vessel in the Ukrainian port as a security of the maritime claim.

Specialists of CPS Attorneys successfully proved the absence of the maritime claim regarding the particular vessel of the Client, for which reason the Commercial court of the Odessa region refused to arrest the vessel.
