The Client, a foreign company, referred to CPS Attorneys due to necessity to develop a scheme for the delivery of goods on the terms of DAT and DAP (INCOTERMS-2010) from Asia to Europe.

CPS Attorneys specialists held negotiations with the Client and his contractors, thereafter on the basis of wishes of the parties developed the procedure of the delivery of goods, as well as the pro forma of the necessary contracts.
