The Client, a Ukrainian company, that provides a wide range of survey services in seaports, referred to CPS Attorneys due to necessity to develop procedure of providing services in the seaports of Ukraine.

CPS Attorneys specialists on the basis of the Client’s instructions, the foreign customer of services and counterparties in Ukraine, with taking into account the requirements for tax optimization, prepared the procedure for organization of contractual relations and the corresponding drafts of the contracts.

Further, the Client together with CPS Attorneys carried out the practical implementation of the developed procedure for rendering services in the seaports.
