Attorneys-at-law Sergey Kalitenko and Sergey Sushko took part in a roundtable organized by PJSC “Insurance Company “Ostra” in the conference hall of the hotel “Continental”.

Representatives of Administration of sea ports of Ukraine, terminals, forwarding and survey companies, customs brokers took part in the event. During the roundtable the issues of cargo insurance and liability of transport process participants, the procedure for carrying out inspections and protecting the interests of the policyholders in the insured accidents.

CPS Attorneys specialists made a presentation on the practice of business protection and effectiveness of the usage of the attorneys’ service providing the specific precedents concerning the existing risks and effective ways to reduce them.
